The technicians were great their work is nothing I will complain about 5 starts to the techs. Management and scheduling was kind of a joke.
I have used Pep Boys several times for my Honda CRV. They have been very professional and have informed of the cost of the services before beginning the work. They do not take advantage of an elderly person, as some would do. I would highly recommend!
