Pep Boys ruined my car. I came in a month ago for an oil change. Unfortunately, no oil was put back in and the engine seized a few miles away. After asking to tow my car 80 miles to another location, Pep Boys did not contact or notify me of any updates for a week. I had to call to find out that my engine was being replaced without any authorization from me. Be careful with who you trust your vehicles to. Showed up to have 4 tires mounted and installed and the mechanic, who clearly didn’t want to install them, decided to point out several reasons he couldn’t do it, being tie rod issues, and even said that the tie rod was leaking. Drove down the road to Minor tire and they were happy to mount the tires and laughed when I told them what the mechanic at this place said.
