Went for the oil change CUSTOMER SERVICE is so poor like they’re talking to the kindergarten kid
Wish I can give zero instead of one, Please save your money. Do not go to Pep Boys. I went there in June July to get a oil change and then it was time for me to get another one and I went there and they put a piece on my oil pan and then lied and said they didn’t put it on there and came back out being rude and said they couldn’t do my oil change so please save your money. And if you get an oil change, please check underneath your oil pan to make sure it’s the correct one
Quick and efficient came in with a flat they changed out on the spot
