4/26/25 Whichever Pep boys Jordans go I go, so far he's been transferred to three Pep boys why do I do that, you might ask ? Because he is an honest employee, a real human that doesn't take advantage and looks out for his customers. Service was prompt and beyond what I asked for. I go past another Pep Boys to go to this one.
The customer service was excellent over the phone and in person. I had to have a flat tire repaired and communication was provided upfront and serviced quickly. I felt like I was treated like family.
