Whatever work it is you plan on getting, I highly suggest this Pep Boys location. I will forever always bring my vehicle here for anything that I need. I went in for a flat tire repair and a windshield wiper fluid fill; and am extremely happy with the service! The staff were kind and helpful, and the price was well worth the repair! Will come back for sure if I ever need anything done with my car. Much better service than the dealership thats for sure!
Ric was super easy to work with and cares about getting you back and going. Had the same mechanic who put on my tires last time and did a great job. It is nice when the car drives straight and smooth first time out of the shop.
This was my second time coming in, in the past 2 days. The first time I came in I spoke with the person over the phone and said I didn’t need an appointment and that I would be in and out in an hour. When I arrived I was not greeted and the person behind the desk seemed to give excuses as if it wasn’t a good time to come in so I left.
