Horrible customer service! Bought tires online and chose these people to do the installation. Miguel at PEP BOYS had no idea how to resolve not having a PO number from GIGA tires. I purchased these as a gift to my 81-year-old dad who walks with a cane, and this fool had my dad walking back and forth to get mileage, then to get something else, and then something else...
