took my car here last week because my car died while in idle. They made me get spark plugs and an oil change. They tried to tell me my engine was messed up. Charged over 400 dollars for all this. They didn’t even ask me what kind of oil goes in my car. They over filled it. Left pepboys got less than 5 min down the road car died in the middle of the street. Called pep-boys on the 22nd. This place will take all your money and do half the job. Poor communication unless its to tell you more money more money more money. "It will be after lunch" turns into 3 days later. And then the problem that I came in for originally didn't get done. Find somewhere else to go.
