Useless Incompetent employees avoid this place
If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Horrible place that should be avoided at all costs. Needed an emergency appointment for my engine temperature and was assured it could be checked out and taken care of. Dropped off the vehicle at 11:30AM, called them at almost 6pm and 2 techs were apparently looking at it, would get a call letting me know what’s going on. 7:15pm I call back and the shop closed without letting me know!!! Absolutely unprincipled scammers. I had to leave the car with them, it was unsafe to drive. And the guys took full advantage of this. They promised to fix the car by two o'clock, they called at two and said by 5:30 PM at 5:30 I came and sat until 8:30. During the day I passed by three times and the car was just hanging disassembled on the stand, no one was doing anything about it. Couldn't have had a better experience! I would trust Laura to lead a small army the way she runs the store. She is professional, excellent communicator, and most importantly a leader. Went in for an oil change, came out with an oil change. No hidden fees or miscellaneous things that they will tell you need to be done. The technician there goes above and beyond with the inspection as well. He knows what he is talking about. I would recommend everyone to go here! 5 stars for Laura and her team!
