I took an appointment and invested my time by coming to the store, but my issue was not resolved. On top of that, I’m being asked to take another appointment, which is not fair. This happened because the problem was not properly inspected during my first visit. The issue was a basic puncture, yet it was not identified correctly. If such a simple issue was missed, I’m concerned about how major mechanical problems are handled. Sorry to say, I am not satisfied at all. Because of this mistake, my entire day was ruined.
