Insanely slow.
First time at Pep Boys, and I had a great experience. I had previously received quotes from other places recommending an unnecessary caliper replacement. I came to Firestone for a second opinion and was greeted by Doug, who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and walked me through the real issue. Whats the point of an appointment when i had a appointment for 9 and i went to get an oil change im told to leave my car and i asked how long it will be and was told no idea, and when i made my appointment i was told that my car is the 4th car in line and today im told that their are 9 cars ahead of me then what is the point of an appointment when they know they can't service all the cars in a timely manner
