I went to Pep Boys a couple of years ago to take advantage of one of their coupons and my car hasn’t been the same since. I don’t know how many times I can tell someone about a specific problem and then get charged $10 to press the reset button as if I hadn’t already tried that. I knew I should’ve trusted my gut and just gone to a real mechanic, but I told myself that I should take advantage of the tire warranty ….you know for the “new” tire that keeps going flat every couple of months. Great service
Very courteous and professional. Treated me like VIP.
The service on the car is fine, Dough or whatever his name is at the front desk never good, acts like he doesn’t want to be there or he just doesn’t want my business. Anyhow I’m tired of his attitude, next time I’ll go to another shop.
