You guys blew it. I showed up for my appointment at 6:00 PM on July 19 and was told it was “too close to closing.” Not sure what that’s supposed to mean, but I was told I’d have to wait at least 30 minutes before they could even get to me. So what’s the point of making an appointment? I took the hint and went to Ruben’s Tires instead—no appointment needed, and they took excellent care of me right away. That’s all I needed to see. My son purchased tires from PepBoys almost a year ago. With road hazard, the price came out to about $105 per tire. I took one of his tires in for a screw in a spot where it couldn't be repaired, so they had to use the warranty. They charged $36 for the tire, but then proceeded to add $45 on top for mount, balance, installation, and whatever else...almost $80 total! I told them I would take just the tire and my husband could do it at his shop. My husband just called and told me the tire they sold me was manufactured in 2023.... read more
James and Nick took care of me as if I were family very honest from the minute I called and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and will certainly be coming back.
Walked in on a sat. Could be the day but didn't seem to have enough staff this day. The employees are nice and respectful though
