James was really helpful, friendly, and is very knowledgeable
Experience was OK. It was actually exceptional, but I was not aware that an oil change was gonna cost $128. That was a little more than I had planned and I’m unemployed so it put a huge dent in my ability to buy food.
Top notch service
So far my three experiences with them here in Apopka have been positive. Prices are competitive if not better than others. The customer service has been the best surprise and they have proved to be competent- which is huge. And they offered a military discount which I appreciate. I do recommend Pep Boys.
