Been coming to this location for years and never had a problem until today. My car wouldn’t start, and I suspected that it would either be the battery or the fuel line. I guess me suggesting one of two options led to $100 diagnostic charge. This “diagnostic” was them literally taking pictures of my wiper blades and tires and suggesting next tune up. This place is very unprofessional. My car was in their possession for two weeks due to turn signals, not working, first they told me it was the turn signal switch which it wasn’t I was charged $158 for the part which they stated they ordered, but it was the wrong part so I ordered it and placed it myself from Amazon which wasn’t the problem a week later while still having the car they say it was the BCM OEM I feel like there was guessing parts at my expense… $1400 later they broke the underdash to my car. I meant to hit 3 stars. My car is working well at the moment, but the managers in charge did not communicate with each other and not with me. When I left , they didn’t tell me that the engine light would be on , but they did tell me they would call me about parts. They have not called. They don’t communicate. How does one run a business like this?

Almost everybody at this location is very friendly and courteous, namely James and Joe. Got my car fixed up last week for a fair price, with a new compressor and fan due to air conditioning not cooling well enough. Expected the stated amount of time for work to be done, so I went home expecting a call. That time came and went so I eventually called the store as was running late for what I needed to do.
