TLDR: store fails to say appointment is at different store and costs almost 1/3 again the amount. Wife showed up for an appointment I had made the day before that we had got an all in quote of 410. She told them I made an appointment the day before, the man at the counter asked for her number to look it up. Customer service manager was very helpful and the service I recieved was very good.
Pep Boys 1422 is a local store to me. I usually go to Pep Boys up the way on Cimarron but Pep Boys off of E. Main St. was completely professional knowledgeable very clean and very great at their job. I’m thankful for them. I will be coming here in the future at this location and spending my dollars here thank you to James, Nick, Kenny.
