1) The person on the phone quoted me $122 for a wheel alignment plus tax to be around $130. When I go to the store, they said it's $125 plus SHOP FEE plus tax. - I didn't have time to argue about the shop fee not being quoted on the phone so whatever, I had to leave. - She said, "Every auto shop has a "Shop Fee" that is not in the quote and additional to the quote.
