Very disappointed. Had my car towed to this pepboys for a flat tire and alignment. I was told that my car had all these other problems. I declined the service. Had my car towed back home after I had my car towed back home I found out I had no breaks! My brakes were perfectly fine the day I got the flat WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!!
I had a problem with my car losing battery charge overnight. They identified an issue with the battery - it was dead, and they could not perform the electrical assessment because my battery could not hold charge. I however got the free inspection and identified other issues with the car. I was very impressed by the manager, Gabriel. He sat me down and went through the report item by item, explaining what the issue was, and how best to handle the repair. The cost for all that was unbelievably low!!!
The manager Gabriel helped me when Mavis could not. He was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. The mechanic found the problem with my tire and quickly made the repair. The service writer was great too. They earned a new customer today. The other pep boys locations and mavis in the area should take lessons from them!
Very pleasant experience.
