They had the tires that needed available and were able to install the same day

Let me tell you how freakin amazing Connie is! She means business and she's all about customer service in the most unconventional real way. My hub cap cover came off and I called up there. Connie fully stepped in and did her research before finding a solution. She ended up ordering 4 new hub cap covers. Her realness and authenticity really is refreshing! Connie is my dawg for life now! LOL! Thanks yall!
We took our vehicle in for an oil change. There was no oil on the dipstick after said oil change and when the shop towed the vehicle back they claimed there was ‘old oil’ underneath and to make sure the oil wasn’t leaking. There is no oil leak which means they didn’t clean up whatever mess they made. We also asked them to check the air filter, which they did not (the filter was horrible, had to change myself) and now after said oil change there’s a new problem with our vehicle where the rpm will become high when trying to ac... read more
