I want to personally THANK the Manager Antonio and his team. Extremely professional and compassionate. Antonio and his team led with a common sense customer service approach. I had the team swap my OEM tires for some A/T tires and rims within other things and they delivered an amazing job! Took care of my brand new taco as it was their own! Was visiting Atlanta and woke up with a flat tire on Sunday morning. Pep Boys was open, fixed my flat and got me in great shape for my drive home!
Even though this location was unable to work on my vehicle, Antonio at the front desk was incredible. His customer service is through the roof. He helped me out as much as he could, and I will definitely be using them for other services based on his professionalism.
Called with a 15 second question, the guy abruptly told me to wait on hold. Then proceeded to have me on hold for up to 10 minutes. This is exactly why I choose meineke or Mavis over pep boys any day. Who leaves a customer on hold for almost 10 minutes without any updates?
Such awesome service!! I would highly recommend this store! They did just what they said they would at a very affordable price. Such friendly service. I appreciate all of it!! Thank you!
