Fixed my window motor so now it goes up again but they severely scratched my window in the process yay.

Been a loyal customer at pepboys rancho cucamonga for over 10 yrs now. Customer service is good. Staffs are friendly. The service adviser that time explained everything i needed to know about the tires im replacing. He offered me a promotional discount of 3tires and the 4th tire is free. Free installation but not the wheel alignment ($100) which is pretty fair to me. The only thing is that he didnt offer me a discount for being loyal with them for the last 10 yrs.
