Thank you Joel for all of your help! I had a tire running flat every few hours, they were able to order me new tires and have them in by the next day. Service was fast and great!
This facility was great the people here are great! The wheel alignment wait was not long at all they said it would be 40 min to an hour but it really only felt like 30 minutes. This was the fastest and easiest wheel alignment I had done. I will be coming back to the Pep Boys in Rancho Cucamonga.
After a horrific experience at the dealership, who left my car in worse shape than when I dropped it off, Pep Boys were a warm welcome. They were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and took time to walk me through and explain while being patient and kind. Thank you Guillermo, Joelle, and Timmy for making my car nightmare, far less stressful and painful.
Don’t come to this shop. I made an appointment with them for an oil change and a four-wheel alignment at 2:30 PM. I arrived on time, but they told me they couldn’t do the four-wheel alignment today at all, and that I would have to wait until 6:30 PM just for the oil change. So what is the appointment even for? It had no real purpose. I ended up making the trip for nothing and wasted my time.
In and out very quickly and workers are nice
