I was told by Jessica that the service would be completed by the end of the day. No one called, Text or sent smoke signals to let me know my vehicle would not be done un 11am the next day. This cost me $1590 in work that I didn’t get to complete on Friday so I don’t get paid. IF THEY WOULD of informed me it could take two days I WOULD MOT OF HAD the service done.
Staff was very nice and helpful in our purchase of new tires verry happy with what we bought would recommend them and will definitely come back .
Lied to me about prices and tried to change costs afterwards. Said they had a recording of our convo where they claimed they’d told me but refused to let me listen “without a subpoena”
Service was great and Virginia was very professional and friendly!
Broke down on a Saturday coming home from vacation, Virginia and AJ did everything they could to get us back on the road with AJ even coming in on Sunday to get us fixed. Unfortunately the part needed couldn't be gotten till Tuesday. Once the right part came in they had me up and running. They went above and beyond to help us and its was much appreciated.
