They don’t deserve a star! Do not go to them! I went for service on my water pump and ended up with problems I didn’t have with my car before going over there! Waste of time! Bad customer service! I had to repeatedly take it back from them putting defected parts on my car and as a result lost my job and missed an interview and they won’t give me a refund! The store manager admitted the wrong, mechanic didn’t put on a new thermostat with the water pump. Spent over $1000 with them and still have issues! Go somewhere else!!!
I had a 9am appt on Saturday 2/14/26 for a full set of tires, when I arrived the tires had not come in so I left my vehicle with the to replace the tires. 2:30 pm I reviewed a phone call from who I believe to be the service manager stating the tires had not been delivered but they were in route to the store. Fast forward picked up car at 6:50pm. It’s dark outside so I could not see how the tires looked at the time. I will never go back. Lack of knowledgeable Technicians. The waiting room was not clean. They are very slow.
Do not trust your vehicle at this location. Had an appointment at 12 noon for simple oil change and tire rotation. Showed up at the store 15 minutes prior to closing (6pm and 6 hours later). Nothing had been done to my car. No phone call about a delay. Tech was trying to slap it up on the lift for a quick shoddy effort to rotate, balance, test the battery and oil change in the 15 minutes prior to closing. I felt like my safety would have been compromised so I asked for my keys and left.
Such a talented work group that worked on my vehicle!!
