Spoke with Mel, and he was very polite & understanding of my problem. He set up my appointment, which was made on time. I was greeted by a very nice girl at the counter. Work was performed by a very respectable fellow, Matt , who did the needed repairs with no problem. I would recommend this particular Pep Boys location to everyone.
I went to this place to do oil change, and inspection to my breaks, Sal was the person who check me in, very easy person to deal with answer all my questions and concerns. I’m very thankful…I highly recommend recommend this place. Price was affordable.
Outstanding, prompt service. Sam explained what needed to be done, and was very thorough and professional. We're on vacation, so the customer service was very much appreciated. Great job!
