I had the unfortunate idea of going to Pepboys to get my car repaired, two new tires, alignment and balancing, and rear brakes for the beautiful amount of 1221 dollars, only for them to do a poor job. This happened four months ago, and I had to put on new brakes because the mechanics forgot to put the brake pads on one of the sides and damaged the disc, so bad work and my money thrown away Wy go back for warranty and be there again for six hours, which is how long it took them repair my car? They have terrible workers there!... read more
Sam was always extremely helpful when dealing with my car it was very easy to deal with.
Sam and Mel were absolutely wonderful. I felt totally comfortable and well treated!
