After having to take both our cars in back-to-back, we are very thankful for this Pepboys and Sam, the ASM. They were able to get our cars in, diagnosed and fixed as fast as possible. Sam was a dream to work with, very helpful and honestly just a delight. She was authentic, knowledgeable and didn't try to pressure us into purchasing anything we weren't prepared for. We will definitely be using this Pepboys for all of our car servicing needs, even though it isn't the closest one to us.
The Assistant Manager, Sam, is knowledeable, professional, and customer oriented. A great experience.
I went in for an oil change and had suspicions I needed to fix some things. I received great customer service. Sal and Sam took care of me. They explained what needed to be to be fixed and what to prioritize. I decided I wanted to do all they suggested. They then worked hard to make sure I got any and all discounts that could apply to me. My Jeep is driving so much better now thanks to great customer service from Sal and Sam and the quality repairs. I will continue to visit this location.
Didn’t have a chance to book so they took me as a walk in. Sal was a big help
If i could leave zero stars, i would. Booked an appointment for 1 pm for an oil change, dropped the car off early at 11am. They asked what time I need my car back by and I stated 4pm feeling like 3 hours for an oil change is a reasonable amount of time. At 330 I called and the car still wasn't serviced and was not going to be serviced any time soon.
