I have been going to this location for many years but for some reason I asked to pay for my service before any work can be started on my car. Told the guy I have never been asked to pay before service but he tried to explain but didn’t make sense. I paid for the service but that will be my last time using this store to service my car.
Job was explained and done in a timely manner
From beginning to end, just not a quality experience. I had 4 tires put on did not need an alarmment when I gave it to them. Just 4 new tires after I picked it up. I now need an alignment badly. They take no responsibility for that, not their problem. On top of the not enough staff to perform the work they take on. End. The store manager has the personality of a rock
Superior professionalism from Ricardo at the desk and Bryce doing work I needed while passing through the area. They got me in quick did detailed work and got me out in less than an hour.
