Poor customer service. Customer service rep, named Conny was so rude and racially biased with no empathy or compassion to the customer. Store manager did not call to address customer's complaint nor apologize.
Fine customer service, they were nice. But called me over an hour into my appt to tell me I what I told them was the problem when I dropped it off. Then asked if I wanted to run the diagnostic (so the first hour 15+ wasn’t even the diag). Then ran the diagnostic after I asked them to, another hour 15+ told me the issue and that they’d have to order the part (which I understand of course they can’t have every part on hand). Great place...well organized, quick and professional service.
It’s been over 3 months and I’m still waiting for a call from Tim Needham (regional director) for the horrible service I received. Nobody seems to actually care about customer service, this seems to be strictly a business about profit. Also don’t reply to this comment unless you have Tim on the line ready to speak to me himself.
