Booked an appointment for oil change and received cancellation of appointment the day of. Then they said try this other location. Made appointment there for 8:30 only to be told that the first technician won’t come until 10:00 and. A total dumpster fire as I was left scrambling for a plan c. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.
Don’t recommend. Had an appointment, and I sat there for 2 hours just for them to tell me they can’t service my vehicle after I went up to the counter myself to see the status.
I came in this morning for a tire pressure issue, and Makayla greeted with a smile and a willingness to help! She was kind, explained the issue and solved it quickly! Would recommend!!
Fantastic customer service and in a pinch I needed 4 new tires and they had all taken care of in a little over an hour and 10 min! Mike the Manager is amazing and his team is worth going to! Thank you again Mike and Havertown Pep Boys!
