I brought in my car in for inspection inspection asked then to check out the rear brakes because they were making a grinding noise. They told me the brakes were fine and nothing was needed. A few miles later the brakes completely locked up, ruining the rotors and now its a much more expensive fix. Completely ruined my trust.
I started going to the pep boys in chalfont about two months ago. I do my own work on my car. All i can say is they are pretty direct and to the point. Staff is friendly and they never tried to sell me any unessecary work. I would give 5 stars but hey, nobody is perfect. I highly recommend them.
Made a 9:00 appointment to get my car inspected. My car sat until 10:00 before they put moved it into the garage. No one made an effort to speak to me about any possible delays.
Had the tire I needed and put it on, on the spot.
