I’ve been getting my cars serviced at the Pep Boys on Baymeadows for several years and they’ve always been great with our family, I trust them implicitly to take care of us!
Worst Pep Boys I have ever been to. I have never seen management so incompetent. Had a tire patched and they patched the wrong spot so it was leaking still the following day. I return they said they found the leak and placed another patch. Still leaking the next day. Return the third day and advised to return following day when original manager on duty. I return and they finally used a tire tub (like I advised the first tim I was there) and found the leak. And it was a small pinhole in the side wall. OK whatever so I gotta g... read more
Great customer service
Came to this specific location because of the good google reviews. Saw Brandon mentioned a lot in the other reviews. I wish I could say my experience was good, but it really wasn't. Cold, dismissive, and it just gave the vibe that I wasn't welcome there. Like I was being rude for the crime of being a customer. Weird, like really weird. I just wanted an oil change. Decided to go elsewhere for service, and he just said cool beans? Hate giving one star reviews, but it is what it is.
Brandon provided a great customer experience and should be acknowledged for a job well done as I saw that he was the same with every customer that walked through the door.
