I came in for an alignment and sat in the waiting room the whole time, they had every opportunity to speak with me. They finished and I paid and THEN they told me I’d need to get my tie rods greased up and come back for another alignment because “greasing the tie rods would mean undoing the alignment” they just charged me $150 for. Why not tell me before hand? If you were an honest mechanic and told me I needed something done before doing the alignment, I’d be back but you screwed me out of a lot of time and $150. My tire pressure got pretty low and the gas station air pump wouldn’t inflate it. I came into the shop 10 minutes before closing, hoping for help. Brandon was very patient and helpful. He filled my tire so it was safe to drive on and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Calvin was the technician who worked on my car, and both of them were respectful and a pleasure to interact with. I was able to go about my day without the stress I would have had otherwise. Their service made a big difference. Thank you!
Fantastic service and professionalism. They were ready for my vehicle at my appointment time and called me by name as I walked in the door. The work performed was perfect, as well as the detailed inspection report.
