I work 70 hours a week. When I go for a service I need it to be done correctly. I left once and my alignment was still bad. I returned immediately, waited. I was told it was fixed. AND AGAIN IT WASN'T!
Called in the morning to get an oil change and tire rotation. Was told to come in at 2. Got there and was told the technician just left for lunch and would be back in about an hour. Was told if I wanted to keep my place that I should wait. An hour and a half later I asked what was going on. Manager didn't even know tech wasn't back. About 10 minutes or so he came and got my keys. Tech was nice but in no hurry and had to move my truck 3 times because of lift issues. Over 3 hours and not even an apology. Horrible customer service. First, they didn’t have the tire they showed they have. So I ordered it myself. Scheduled an appt to get installed and they rescheduled because they were backed up for 3 days. The manager raised his voice at me and tried to blame me. Never again. Paid more down the street and they did it right away.
I had 10am appointment. 10.30 the car not even inside the shop. They not care about appointment, customers. What they doo with cars??
