Came here a tire repair, cost $32. Fast service and friendly staff, highly recommend it here
Went in for a Seattle ride share safety inspection. I was advised over the phone and at check in that they could complete this task. This turns out to not be a service they offer. So staff is either confidently misinformed, or lying to get people in. 4 MONTHS LATER THEY ARE STILL REVIEWING. ALL IM EVER TOLD IS THAT ITS BEING ESCALATED!!!! EITHER THEY HAVE SO MANY COMPLAINTS THAT THEY CANT BE REVIEWED IN A TIMELY FASHION OR THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF RESOLVING ANYTHING AND ENJOY TOYING WITH PEOPLE. DISHONEST FROM TOP TO BOTTOM

John was friendly and professional and the service Tech did a great job doing a difficult all wheel alignment on my 4WD 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. Lifetime front end alignment that I purchased 2 years ago has already paid for itself in value also.
