Paid for an alignment and mounting of tires they put the tires on the wrong wheels and have been ghosting me for 7 months still no refund. Manager is never available to speak honestly just bad business. Go to Les Schwab slightly more expensive but you get what you pay I quess.
Quick and easy oil change and a great price. Sad to see the Elliot Ave location go but this is a solid replacement

The men at Pep Boys on 15th Ave W in Interbay handled my tire issue as soon as I arrived; no wait. They expertly addressed my need with respect and promptness. I will use Pep Boys again!
Tried to up sell me on a new battery after the inspection report said it was fine. When I pushed back they backed off quickly but clearly were looking to make a quick buck. I’ll avoid bringing all my cars here going forward
