The service is awful. After an inspection one of the mechanics made fun of the age of my car, then took us on a test drive during which he picked his nose and wiped it on my steering wheel. Horrible and immature behavior. During the drive I noticed an odd jiggling noise in the car that sounded like something had come loose, which wasn't there before the inspection, which means they probably dislodged something. while the fine folks at pep boys took great care of my car, their marketing dept is out of control. I have unsubscribed 10x in the last month. they keep emailing me useless sales emails. intolerable.
