I ended up decreasing the rating, because everything's been great. And then today I went there they never gave me the report. So I have no idea how my brakes are tires or anything else. It's like they just wanted to get rid of me. They never gave me the report. I wonder if they even did the oil change. They promised to send me the report when I asked about it. And then I called at night, spoke to someone never got a call back. So I guess the saying is it's good until it isn't. So I sure hope it gets resolved, because I reall... read more

Elizabeth and Bray were great
Tires I bought 2y ago were dry-rotted. I was told the tires had been discontinued so my ONLY option was specific Cooper similar tire and I did not have ANY option to upgrade. The tires are not what I like at all, and I would like to have been able to get better tire. The manager seemed like he just wanted to be rid of me and would not help situation.
