I went to this location today 7/15/2025, for them to correct an issue I had at the Galleria location. Mr. Rodney treated me with respect and fixed the issue. If you want the job done correctly the first time I highly suggest you visit this location and this location only. My car doesn’t shake anymore. Thank you Pep Boys Vestavia Hills.
Pep Boys is a great place to go to get good service done quickly. The mangers and mechanics there are thorough and conscientious. I have serviced several cars there for a variety of things and have had good experiences over the past 10 years.
Over three hours for my car to be finished with a simple oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment.
After waiting 2.5 hrs for a rotation and a plug I had to show the “mechanic” the nail. With the car in the air with my paper work the claim I did not buy road hazard. Something I always buy!
