Avoid this location! Very unfriendly staff and took entirely too long to perform a simple oil change and tire rotation (which was included in oil changes for 10+ years but is now a surcharge). I arrived at 11:20 am with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS present and it took their tech 2 hours to do a simple 6 quart synthetic oil change for $123!! Plus $10 more dollars for the formerly included tire rotation. Plus there was an portable air conditioning unit coming out of the men's restroom. Went to get a vehicle inspection the young lady at the service desk was very courteous and helpful I will be back for any auto service.
My husband came in last Wednesday, early that morning to drop off the car. My husband had to keep checking on the status of the repair. He called around 4 that evening, only to find out the car had not been looked at and stayed on the lot all day. The cashier should've checked with the mechanics before he left to see if it could be looked at.
