Yet another great experience at this location! I drove a loaner today and noticed the tire indicator appear on the dash, so I rolled into my neighborhood Pep Boys! Dacarius check my pressure and filled all four tires with much courtesy and professionalism. In Hoover, this is the go-to for tire service and auto care!
Store Mgr was very nice and explained the process. He called with my estimate within 20 mins and my car was done within 2 hours
Very terrible experience today. I complained that I had a flat after 2 days of them fixing my tyre. The front desk lady was very rude and told me it wasn't their fault and demanded I leave the shop immediately. I wasn't very shocked! Never have I been treated that way before. I still play the event in my mind and wondered what I said or did wrong than complain.
The price was fair and the work done quickly, the two ladies up front were amazing and fun to talk with.
