I decided to pop in to Pep Boys after noticing that my car's air conditioning was not as cool as it should be. I was able to easily book an appointment that worked with my schedule. On appointment day, the technician completed an A/C system evaluation, which indeed discovered problems. The technician said that the Complete AC Evaluation & Recharge would take about 45 minutes and that they could get the necessary parts needed in about 10-15 minutes. Steve and his other counter worker were just the loveliest people, professional, knowledgeable, greeted all people via phone or in person with positive energy. The service my vehicle received was also A plus stellar work. The lobby area was nice, neat, and clean and comfortable enough to rest in while waiting for my vehicle. Top Notch crew.
