Excellent experience from start to finish! I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from Don as soon as I entered the shop. Don complimented and reassured me on my tire purchase choice and also listened to my situation leading up to that morning. He confirmed my appointed details and got to work right away the tire service. The whole process took under an hour. The customer service and quality was top notch. I’ll continue using this location for all future service needs.
I have been going to this location for 5+ years. Primarily for oil changes, brake inspection/work, and tire rotation/installation. The last few visits have gradually gotten worse each time. This last time might be the last time I visit. Oil filter was not properly installed. Oil leaked all over my concrete driveway. Next visit went substantially better. The guys were able to install new tires, front rotors, calipers, and brakes on a Sunday. Tim (the counter guy) went above and beyond to make this all work. Excellent job.
i’ve only been here twice and each time was a pleasant experience! they have great customer service and aren’t one of those places that try and suck all the money out of you. genuine and nice people, highly recommend!
Most laziest employees. Always excuses why they can't fix something.
