I’ve frequented many Pep Boys in different states and received excellent customer service. However, this particular location and its employees was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had the displeasure encountering. They were rude, nonchalant, unwelcoming, and dismissive. Rarely helpful, and when asked for said advice or help, it was as though it was a chore. I live a few blocks from this location, and i am willing to drive an extra mile or so to avoid this particular establishment.
I made an appt for battery service. I was there for about an hr and a half, and Dianne [spikey hair] was incredibly kind. She has a very kind, calming, and caring demeanor and it was such a pleasure being assisted by her.
Horrible, Horrible, a complete waste of time
Is 5:40 PM the store closes at 7 PM but the manager told me they quitting earlier and can’t do my tire service. Needs new management.
