BEWARE. Don't let the big name fool you ! Was in the lobby the other day and saw how a paying patron was treated and watched as the store manager Patrick ordered his workers to remove the car battery from the young ladies car and made derogatory comments. I didn't get the whole story but I did hear her say when she dropped off her car they never suggested a battery repair and it was starting just fine. History of causing damage to your car once you leave it unattended, bad customer service, price gouging and horrible leadership that lets the employees run a muck like they live there. No proper supervision and the staff isn't friendly. Take your car to Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service on Memorial Drive & you'll be happy you did ! Don't make the same mistake I did.
