I recently came in to have an a/c diagnostic test. When I walked in I was not greeted, the rep was on his personal phone on FaceTime, and he began to argue with a coworker while talking to another customer. I decided to retrieve my belongings and go to Firestone to have my car service. I received great customer service at Firestone. Very unprofessional at Pep Boy Stn Mtn/Memorial Drive location and other customers stated the same. I will not be returning nor referring anyone to this company.
Very unprofessional I spent 7 hours there as I watched them lag around.
I had a great experience at Pep Boys thanks to Jamal and Martin. I brought my car in thinking I had a serious issue that would cost a lot to fix. I was prepared to pay whatever it took to get it running again. Jamal took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem and quickly figured out the actual issue, which turned out to be much simpler and less expensive than I expected. Came to this location yesterday for the first time. I had a 10 o’clock appointment everything was going good until it was time for me to leave. I realized my key fob had been broken called inside the location spoke with Martin he acted oblivious to my key fob being broke so I sent pictures & video absolutely no accountability.
