Steal and lie about things your car does not need. The Nissan emblem was stolen from my tire rim and they said I needed an expensive brake job that was not needed per a 2nd opinion at another car repair establishment. All four of my emblems were on my car when it was taken there for brake pads.

I am beyond upset with the service I received from this pep boys, I went in for a brake and rotor replacement. I paid almost $500 for the service just for them to put resurfaced rotors back on my car. When I called to tell them what they did the employee I spoke to laughed like it was a joke. With the way this economy is set up no one has money to waste, I’m a single mom of two and a student the last thing I have to waste is money.
