I have to say, this team at Pep Boys was amazing. I came in with a flat tire and another tire that was losing tread, and they helped get me safely back on the road with two new tires. The customer service was excellent, the staff was professional and kind, and the service was very swift. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything and made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
Man at the front desk is clueless, doesn’t know anything about cars as if he lied on his resume to gret the job … telling me my car take power steering fluid when it has a EPS SYSTEM
I came in for what I thought was a simple repair, which was a check engine light. I came out with additional lights. Their online check-in service with garbage. They didn’t address half the issues I requested on my online appointment. I didn’t press the issue because they couldn’t even resolve my check engine light. So basically I paid over $150 including Lyft fees for nothing. I essentially paid for a technician to tinker around in my car and provide very little guidance as to my problem. Diane was great love her personality and her customer service is awesome made sure the job got done Willie and William are great as well. They all are welcoming and the service they provide is great I would recommend this pep boyz
