I typically have a good experience with Pep Boys, and Kevin and Darwin went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired at a reasonable price. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle, explained the risk of what happens if I don't perform the repair and were transparent with the cost of the repairs.
