I was having trouble periodically with an older car not starting. I thought it might be the battery, but I asked them to check the other components (alternator, starter, voltage regulator, etc.) to confirm that those components were performing withing acceptable standards. Pep Boys confirmed that the battery was not holding a full charge, so they recommended replacing it. Had a very disturbing experience with an employee at this location. He was aggressive on the road, then continued to yell, mock, and make disrespectful comments when I arrived to fill my tire. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time. Completely unprofessional behavior—needs to be addressed.
Lakewood Colorado did an excellent job on my vehicle. In a timely manner.
We lost a fight with a rock in the road, car was undriveable. Taylor was very helpful and informative. His team got us scheduled, diagnosed, repaired, all very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
