I called this location and asked how much it would be for a Lyft/Uber inspection and they told me it was $25 and that they had the form. When I went into the store, they tried to charge me $80 and they said they didn’t have any of the forms. I’ve never seen any place charge this much, most places charge $25-40. I don’t know why they misinformed me on the phone.
They kept my rim lock and I had to drive back and get it and when I got there he had 7 different rim locks that they obviously kept from other customers. Also, all over my stuff in my glove box was left on my front seat. Not to mention it took over 3 hrs to fix my flat
I've used this Pep Boys shop in the past and they always offer great service and deliver what's promised. Staff is very friendly and professional.
