In the middle of August, my front right turn signal went out on my truck. I went to an auto parts store to pick up some new bulbs. I asked if they recommended any auto shops in the area and they told me Pep Boys just down the block. I had never been there before, so I decided to give it a try. Called and confirmed tires were in stock for a 930 appointment. Service started at 10. At 1130 I was told my tires were sold! A guy picked up 16 tires, im sure they sold him mine. After another hour my tires show up. I finally leave at almost 1pm, almost 4 hours just for new tires. They also add on every available feature without telling you, asking for other services too. Ladies! Do NOT go to this place. They will up charge you and fear monologue to sell you more expensive things. Discount tires took the nail out of my tire and patched it up for free while Pep Boy tried charging me 200+ just because my tires are older. Really weird and would never try to go to this place again!!
