I’m a local locksmith that works with multiple pep boys in the area and provide them services. This is the second or 3rd time Ive had issues with this location. They call for us to come and tell us everything is ready to be worked on. then have you wait 3 hours because the vehicle wasn’t ready. I scheduled an appointment at Pep Boys to address a slow leak in my tire. After a quick peak at my tires, I was already being told that I would probably need new tires. About an hour after dropping off my vehicle, I received a detailed tire report via text, indicating that both rear tires had nails but were repairable. Made a same day appointment to replace my tire. I brought it in off the truck and needed the old, shredded tire, ripped off and the new one mounted and balanced. I came in on time and from start to finish, was out the door in less than 15 minutes! Ben and David were so helpful with everything on the front side and even directed me to the best place to buy the new lug nuts I needed. David on the service side was done in a flash and done right! 10/10 will be back for any other tire needs!

Ben was amazing. He found the best tires for my car. Bonus: They have skilled techs who know how to work on electric vehicles! The Pep Boys at 214 E. Brandon Blvd is the best. I have after market wheels on a Telsa which means that when I get a flat tire it can be hard to find a place that will get tires for me the same day. I have had two flat tires in less than a month.
