One of the best experiences i’ve ever had taking my car to a shop. I showed up after work and with a long line ahead of me Abel and Ivan were able to take me in as I had to leave for the weekend. They both stayed after hours and were extremely nice and personable. The communication and transparency from Ivan made me feel very comfortable about the work. Overall amazing customer service, I will definitely be back.

called them to receive a rough estimate for a transmission fluid change for my car. told them what kind of car and the mileage, and the person on the phone refused and said “we’ll pass” and rudely hung up on my fiance without an explanation. i can understand refusing service, but the way the employee handled it was very unprofessional. im very dissatisfied with the customer service to say the least.

I have mixed feelings leaving this review because the majority of the staff here—especially the guys out in the shop working on cars all day—are genuinely hardworking and manage to maintain a far better standard of personal hygiene and presentation than the front-end staff. Unfortunately, that positive experience is completely undermined by the service advisor who acts as the primary frontline face of the business.
