Great service great guys
Called this shop to ask about diagnosis and repair costs. They clearly told me the diagnosis was FREE, and that they would let me know the repair cost afterward. Based on that, I scheduled an appointment, took a day off work, and drove 20 miles to the shop.When I arrived, they suddenly told me the diagnosis would cost between $400-$800, and that it’s only “free” if nothing is wrong with the compressor. Too expensive. My input was neither listened to, nor was it asked for when there were options available.
I received excellent quality service when I stopped in today to get my tail light repaired and found out it was just a bulb that was needed and was taken care of right away, with no charge. I was very pleased with the service I received!
