I am very impressed with Pep Boys. They helped me to avoid a costly muffler system replacement by ingeniously replacing only the segment that broke, saving me hundreds of dollars. Plus their customer service is superb!
If you need a vehicle inspection for rideshare they have the best price in the Metro , and better prices on tires then Discount Tire. Everyone I talked to that worked there was really nice as well , so for a first time experience it was five stars all around.
PepBoys in Eagan, MN were great. I arrived early for my appointment and they accommodated me immediately. Ross was professional yet helpful installing a new battery in my car.
Despite the Eagan store only having one employee in the back that day, we had both of our vehicles serviced in great timing yesterday. Upon leaving we did have to pay for more than expected. Went in for an oil change for the SUV and had to replace the front brakes due to a break pad falling off during tire rotation(rusted). They applied one or two coupons at the end which was nice of them to do! We're satisfied with the work done, time frame and customer support that was provided. Thank you!
