As a mechanic its stressful to have a car brought to somewhere else for any type of service. I sent my wife in for tires since I was unable too do it myself. Happy to say they did a good job. Tire production dates were matching and pretty fresh, install and balance was done well. 5 stars.
Kids don’t know what they are doing. How are you gonna be a professional tire repair shop and you are telling me that my rim will get damaged during tire repair. Avoid this one and go to the one on sunrise highway at all costs
lenny is the kindest assistant manager ever really takes care of your car very professional and gets your car in and out
First time using Pep Boys. Used them to rotate the tires and get a NYS inspection for my Tesla. Both cost $20. Can't beat that. They completed the job quickly and all was done well. Highly recommend. UPDATE: Used them again to rotate my tires. Cost me $10. You really cannot beat that price. Excellent service and very fast turn-around.
