I walked in asking about having some work done on my car the three guys sitting there look like they didn't want to be bothered and gave me short answers so I left.
Took 2 hours and 15 min for an oil change.
Called and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to get new tires, mind you I came with newborn twins and a 3 year old. after 2 hours and no updates I called and was told My tires and too big and they were struggling. After the 3rd hour I walked back to pep boys with my children and was told my new tires were never put on and they were never in stock and then they magically appeared and I was told they would be put on in 30 mins. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF MY DAY. Left with the same tires I arrived with smh.
