If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car to get an inspection yesterday. They failed the inspection, and “found” over $800 worth of services needed. They claimed I had an air bubble and made it sound like any minute my tire would explode. My local mechanic was much cheaper and told me that Pep Boys lied about the air bubble. I was also HASSLED into signing up for a credit card and was offered a $75 discount off the final price….. The manager tried to take me for a ride and scam me. I had no appointment, stopped in at 10 AM and was driving off the lot with new tires before 1 PM. Quick and easy.

Had an appointment for an alignment after waiting for over an hour I was then told they can't do the alignment I still had two tires I needed put on after waiting an additional hour car still wasn't touched. Place is dirty, staff knows nothing go there if you want to get aggravated and waste time.

I walked In without an appointment because this Pep Boys is walking distance to the new home I just moved into and my car was overdue for an inspection. There were people in the waiting room and cars in the lot and in the bays so I was not optimistic about getting it done that day. He asked if I could come back in one hour, which I did. He said the car should be ready in a hour or sooner. I walked home and was texted with a half hour that the car was ready.
