From start to finish, the customer service was welcoming, polite, and professional. The drop-off and pick-up processes were quick and easy.
I initially came to this Pep Boys because I needed a right headlight. Thanks to Peter’s excellent customer service, I was able to get additional repairs/tires for my truck that I also needed. Peter was personable, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. You can tell he has a passion for his field and loves his job. Can’t recommend this location enough. Thanks Peter!
Pep Boys are the best! My brakes were grinding badly and axels broken! I brought my car in at 12 they did a complete courtesy inspection told me exactly what was wrong and picked my car up same day! Price was very reasonable and they also have Affirm. Payment plans if you don’t have the money up front! Peter A was awesome. All the guys there are great.
