Service was terrible, the lobby was empty. Took forever to check in my truck . Was never informed of cost and fees . It took about two hours to do an oil change. Get there again no one in the office . I had to walk out to the shop and say hello . Because 3 guys working on one car and no one minding the front for customers. I get my bill for just an oil change and it’s 179.00 . I don’t care how high prices are but it’s a rip off on the up charge and fees . I would never take my truck back there and will tell people not to go ... read more

Outstanding in customer service, responsiveness in feedback and recommendations, work completed right on time.
My experience at this Pep Boys was quick and easy. I'm not too savvy with auto care but I felt totally taken care of after talking with Sam. Also a better value than other shops I've been to!
