I showed up at exactly 6:30pm on Tuesday 9/2 I got a flat tire coming off the freeway and pulled into the closest parking lot took my tire here 1.6 miles away just for them to say they've already shut down for the night and they couldn't help me. Great customer service when Google says you're open until 7pm. Thanks for all the help.
I went to Pepboys at Higley/ mckellips to get a diagnostic check for a check engine light. The manager there Gary was very rude to me. He sold me an 02 sensor for $230 that you can buy at AutoZone for $82. I will never do business with Pepboys again.

Gary, who I think is the manager was awesome. My vehicle stopped in, of all places, in the drive thru at the Arby's right next door. Went to Pep Boys and Gary sent a guy over quickly with a portable battery jump pack. Worked my vehicle into their already fully scheduled day and even stayed about 45 minutes past closing to get my vehicle back on the road. Super nice and went the extra mile to get me fixed up. Highly recommended!
