If I could give 10 stars to Johnny and the crew at Pep Boys I sure would! My 81 year old mom pulled in on a Friday at 5:30 when they close at 6:00 with a fully flat tire and sheer panic and they were so amazing to her. They didn’t act annoyed or frustrated at the time and even inspected all 4 of her tires to see that she had more than one tire with an issue. They put on her spare tire free of charge and she went back the next day and they made wonderful suggestions for new tires and took care of her same day! Thank you for e... read more
