Service was prompt and completed within 30 minutes of my arrival at the scheduled appointment.
Kenny and his team were kind and courteous and helped us with a battery replacement (on warranty) and replacing the starter on our vehicle. The service provided was quick and efficient and they had me back on the road in the timeframe they committed to. Thank you for your help.

I paid $1200.00 for pads and rotors. I came in with grinding brakes. Pep boys diagnoses said needs new pads and rotors. They changed them twice with 2 different brand parts Probablem still existed. They told me nothing they can do. No refund for misdiagnosis and parts and labor not needed. It's at the dealership now. See ya in small claims court Pep Boys.
I can not say enough amazing things about the Saguaro location Pep Boys and its staff!! Kenny, Jose, Tim (and others I just don't know their names) have all taken great care of both my and my daughters vehicles with the utmost integrity!! Let's be honest, there is a reason the "auto repair stereotype" exists unfortunately but these gentleman have always proven that stereotype wrong and work to combat it with every customer I see them encounter.
