Great service (tires install), took a little longer but it was walking-in so can’t complain!)
Very bad the worker was stressed out and overwhelmed with the overcooked shop was very rude to me even though I had made a appointment online the attendant got even more agitated when I pointed out that I had a verified appointment and told me tough that needed to check back in a week or two I guess all his family members or buddies that were hanging out in the back of the store go to the head of the line. Very happy getting tires here twice, first for my Ford Focus, then my Audi Etron. Great customer service, Jonathan the manager was very helpful to me
Upon arrival they told me they couldn’t perform the service I had requested for my appointment (alignment), nor did they input the service I needed into their appt system when I made the appt, so I never got a call to cancel the appt. The man who checked me in was rude, unapologetic, and just not a good customer service human. Since I was already there - I decided to get an oil change - and even asked if they had the oil needed for my VW (5w30euro) and he said “yes”.
