The workers were friendly and a bit short staffed. However, I was quoted a 2-2.5 hour wait, which was acceptable but after 5 hours of waiting I was told they couldn't fix my AC or do an oil change. I took my vehicle to another mechanic and the AC was fixed immediately. The oil change did take a bit but was completely as well.
Lynn helped me out. Listened to him all day search for parts for people to get jobs done.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They were so unprofessional here. Not once did they say they would be looking at the car the next day. We went to pick up our vehicle and found cigarettes, burn marks and eye drops in the car that was not ours. Overall we are pissed we wasted our time with these idiots.
