Lisa and her team are excellent! Encapsulating our crawlspace was by far, the best investment I ever made. Before the encapsulation it was as though we built our house over a spring! Water all the time and the concrete would sweat tremendously. The average humidity was 90%+ and after the encapsulation we are at 55-59!!! I highly recommend calling PEP if you are having moisture issues in your crawlspace! Encapsulation will protect your home for many years to come!
Scott was fantastic! I initially called about a foundation inspection, but after discussing my concerns, Scott helped me realize that wasn’t actually what I needed. He was attentive, incredibly helpful, and even though his services weren’t the right fit, he still took the time to offer solutions and ideas to address my concerns. I’m very satisfied and would absolutely recommend Scott, and PEP, to anyone!
Dishonest. Damaged my property. Will take your money, not complete the job, and threaten to sue you. Check out this "waterproofing". I paid $11,550. And PEP is demanding I pay $2,400 more. PEP failed to regrade, but wants to be paid for regrading anyway. Look at all that water in my backyard. PEP also installed a pump sump incorrectly. Look at the water in basement.
