Horrible scammers took duyghters car in for estimate only they said they were busy and leave it they will get back to her with estimate went there this morning to check on it and they already started working on it and told them I don’t own car only brought it in for estimate and they told me once it’s brought here it’s here to get worked on it will be done in a few days. That’s a rip off
My E300 Mercedes was damaged in the front hood and fenders by rocks falling from a dump truck. I brought the car into the shop in Spring Hill and dropped it off to be worked on. 10 days later return , the fdeliver the car... and forgot to put the new grill and other trim peioeces on the car. Dropped my car off 2 1/2 weeks ago on 6/7/21 for some minor scratch and dent work. I was assured that all of my parts were in before I dropped off my vehicle. Was told my car would be ready on Monday 6/ 21/21 so I turned my rental car in. When I got a ride to Gerber I was told it was not going to be ready until tomorrow and I would get a phone call later that day. Never received a call. Okay so here is my story.. I was told to take my car to them by State Farm after hitting a deer and I did but when they gave me the estimate the guy said they didn't even know if they could get the parts needed for my 2002 Ford Explorer and if I decided to go with them to let them know.. but I left there feeling like what they might not be able to fix it.. so I stopped at Ford Collision and they said yes that was normal that they would say that because sometimes it is difficult to fix older vehicles..So Ford wasn't that help... read more
DO NOT work with Gerber if you can avoid. I dropped my car May 11. They said they could have it ready by May 21. The next day they said it would be May 28. On May 28th I didn't hear from them, so I called. They said they would have it ready by end of day. An hour later they said it would not be ready today, but they would deliver the next day. “provide high quality repairs, paint and body work, detailing and to always use the latest technology to stand out amongst the auto repair industry” this is straight from Collision Works website but their work shows something completely different. Hi this is mike I had my 2017 ford 350 truck repaired at city collision, Jeromy and the guys went over and above on my expectations They repaired and painted the truck and it looks brand new again. they washed it good and detailed the inside of the truck. very professional and I highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants a perfect job. treat you like a personal friend Thanks again. mike
I stopped in to have the fuel door on my Ford Tremor looked at. It would not stay closed. The specialist came out and looked at it.He disabled it and re-aligned the pivot and re-attached the spring and re-assembled it. The process took less than 10 minutes. I am sure I interrupted his lunch but but he completed and was quite gracious. Great Work! Friendly People! Quite Professional!
Unfortunately I had a VERY poor experience at this facility. They made two different revisions to their original estimate, driving the costs up to close to salvage value, they promised updates and phone calls and never contacted me. they had the car for over a month and never did a thing. Horrible service, communication and continually increased the cost of the repairs in a very minor collision. finally had them put the car back together and drove it out of there!
