So who do we gotta talk to? Who can deal with yhe city of peoria. We live in a desert. If u are 1 day late they disconnect and charge all these fees for a measly 100 dollar bill! Like make it make sense! Even aps doesn't do this! And they are garbage! Is there nothing we can do to not be treated this way. The woman on the phone is so powerful she laughed in my face like it's funny my waters turned off and now I have an equal amount of fees to bill! How disgusting these people are!

If there were a way to give them a negative 5 stars, that's what I would rate them! Our main PC was recently hacked by the "Microsoft tech department", which they DON'T have... My water bill was on auto pay, it was one account out of 30+ accounts and we missed them when resetting accounts. They charged a $30 late fee that they would NOT reverse plus 3% to take a debit card to pay the late bill because they couldn't trust my bank account! This is the worst utility company I have ever had to deal with when I first opened my account. I had just split up with my ex. I was still on his credit card and he told me I could use it to pay my deposit. Well, he decided to get mad at me and claim fraud on his card, not realizing that the water company would shut my water off.
