To start off I've never in my life received such amazing service from a dealership. We brought in our motorhome for some recall work and an oil change. Justin was my advisor he was brilliant in his efforts to communicate and tell us the truth right up front which I can always appreciate instead of the back and forth. Justin and his team are truly customer first and it shows. If you ever need any kinda work done to your ford based motorhome or ford fleet you go to these guys you will never regret it.
What a great Experience! It was time for the 30k service on our RV F53 chassis. Justin our service advisor made the whole process easy, since we live in our RV, had the fluids changed in one day so we did not have to get a hotel room. Prices are very reasonable.
I had my transit van serviced here month and half ago. The entire front end was taken apart. Few days day my check engine light came on and I start to hear an air suction noise coming from my passenger side engine compartment. I inspect and see plastic hose on my intake was broken. I know right away this happen when the van was in for service because that wasn’t like this and it’s only 5 year old vehicle. They denied it was them and tell me my turbo is now bad. Mitchell was rather disrespectful towards the end of our interaction by stating that we are "taking from our state" when we expressed that we needed to purchase elsewhere. Rather unfortunate that they couldn't be professional and respectful.
