My debit card recently stopped working and I stopped in to obtain a new one and everyone the West Hartford branch was so helpful. I don’t really go into the branch however every time I do have to go in I always have a positive experience!
People's Bank is by far the best bank I have ever been with. I was drawn in immediately by the warm, friendly community feeling, so in contrast to other banks. And they have been stellar at managing my finances and tipping me off on upcoming opportunities.
