I never thought I would be compelled enough to write a review for a bank but this bank is honestly worth mentioning. They the best rates and attractive features, but its really the people and the culture that set this bank apart from the others. I’ve been banking with the West Hartford branch since it opened. The staff there is outstanding! They are so helpful and friendly. The culture of the bank is so welcoming like the small town bank I used to deal with. Keep up the good work!!!
My debit card recently stopped working and I stopped in to obtain a new one and everyone the West Hartford branch was so helpful. I don’t really go into the branch however every time I do have to go in I always have a positive experience!
