They recently installed a new banking software that requires you to create a new password every single time that you log in! WHY??? The new software also continued on with any existing money transfers that were previously on a continuous regular schedule. This might sound reasonable, but those money transfers don't actually show up anywhere in the new software now! Definitivamente tiene que poner alguien que sean mas competente.. me hicieronn un fraude en mi cuenta y yo esperando contestacion tuve que ir a otra sucursal para ver que pasaba.
