3 women sitting with no customers, 45 minutes left in the shift. You need to make an appointment to make a new account regardless of how bored these ladies are at work with no customers. Pathetic
My bank is a credit union and they said they are not able to process my EE bonds I had. So I had to call around and find a bank that would cash them. They all cash them but want to dictate how you are able to cash them, aka policy. So I called last Orrstown Bank, they are able to...no account needed under $1000. Mandy the teller at this bank was so understanding of my situation it went very smoothly. Something so small of a service meant so much to me. Thank you....

There are two tellers here that are extremely rude I try to avoid them at all cost when coming into the branch. Sometimes I get one of these rude ladies at the drive thru window makes my experience very negative. To save face there is one extremely nice lady who is mostly always at the drive thru window. The other two women need to take notes from her on how to talk to people. They have no clue what customer service is.
