Great community bank! As a new client, I have been impressed with the level of customer service and personal attention. Gone are the days of sitting on hold for an hour, never getting the same person, or being transferred around. I appreciate the ease of electronic banking and the option of in-person assistance. Sometimes you just want to drive there and talk to someone.
We had applied for a commercial loan, because People's came highly recommended by other business owners and investors in the area, and we were made to use Jaime Strange, Loan Processor. She then did not respond for weeks while we were supposed to be in underwriting. I then relentlessness contacted her for 48hrs requiring an update immediately. She then finally reached out and said they could not do the loan. She also accused us of lying, because she does not have the business or financial knowledge needed for this position. ... read more
