I would not recommend this company. They significantly hiked my policy premium mid way through the year even though it had been paid in full up front. All communications lack details or any explanation. No one in the company will answer questions and just redirect you to your agent. I had Travellers for many years in TX but they won t write policies here. Night and day difference in customer service and professionalism. I finally just canceled the People s (Lack of) Trust policy and went elsewhere. Stay away.

Don t trust People s Trust !! We had a policy ... by mistake we payed our policy twice ... seems impossible to get a refund ! 4 months in and all we recieved a promises and lies ... Yes check is in the mail ... NO ... NO ...No ... If we can t get our own money back ...what will happen if the have to pay out a policy when something happens ???
