I took my taxes here for 2019. I have a portion of my income that does not have any documentation except on my bank statement. I clearly told him this was income and showed him where it had been noted on my prior year's tax form. He not only did not add it as income but subtracted it. My current CPA discovered it (thankfully). I now had to pay taxes on the original amount, taxes on the added amount, plus fees and penalties!
