Very bad experience. Rented it for one and half year. Everything was ok in the first year. But for second year in mid of the agreement. They deposited ALL of my stuff when I was moving and packaged all stuff until I can ship them. We called them, and they promised to send us the salvage center that they contracted. And we called for another THREE weeks without any response. There were quite expensive and sentimental stuff include my passed away grandfather’s writings for me.
