We loved it and WILL be back – We tried Peoples Restaurant when it was at the small location. It recently moved to a larger and I must say "better" location. We went there after a few days of being open and I must agree with the other review. The service was bad and the food was not up to par as the old location. I knew that these people would make a turn around and i was right. We have gone back again 3 times and have been amazed on how good they are. Keep it up.

Aweful – The worst restaurant we've ever been to. Cold, unappetizing food. Horrible waitstaff. Priced the same as good restaurants without any of the good qualities.

Best Value – You won't find another restaurant in Corpus Christi that gives you more bang for your buck than Peoples. Its too bad they dont have a location in Austin, or I would eat there all the time. The food is great and the service exceptional. Everything tastes fresh and expertly prepared. The presentation makes you wonder if you're in an upscale restaurant, but then you remember that the prices are unbelievable... maybe there's room for dessert after all!

Best little hideout in Corpus – Its small, but that's part of the wonderful experience you get at Peoples as you are immediately greated as if you were family. Great steaks and shrimp, the best appetizers in town and a good selection of beers. Their nachos (Macho Nachos) are the best I've ever tasted. And to top it off, you get great servings at terrific prices. Don't drive to fast on I-37 or you may miss it. And believe me, you dont want to miss this little piece of heaven.
