He stated it would not be issue for them to returned to recap the four windows. We agreed and signed the contract. He stated that his company will returned back when they are installed. Buyer Beware!!!! I used Peoples products and was ripped off. Had them install 15 new construction windows. Worst decision I ever made. They do not know how to do what they are hired for. Their product sucks. I have ice growing on inside of my windows. WTF. They are brand new. They will take you to court when they cannot finish job correctly and lie through their teeth.
