I will never do business with peoples mortgage again and highly advise anyone looking to do so, to look elsewhere. We refinanced and from the start it was a mess. Awful communication from our loan officer during the entire process from next steps, to what was due at signing and reaching out for help with the latest issue. They do not care about their customers or clients and it’s shows.

If you call into peoples mortgage you have to go through FOUR mins of promps to even get to a live person every single time, no way around it. Absolutely no way around it. They had issues paying our insurance and my friends. Both of ours were canceled. Mia information every time I call.
