I will never do business with peoples mortgage again and highly advise anyone looking to do so, to look elsewhere. We refinanced and from the start it was a mess. Awful communication from our loan officer during the entire process from next steps, to what was due at signing and reaching out for help with the latest issue. They do not care about their customers or clients and it’s shows.

If you call into peoples mortgage you have to go through FOUR mins of promps to even get to a live person every single time, no way around it. Absolutely no way around it. They had issues paying our insurance and my friends. Both of ours were canceled. Mia information every time I call.

RecommendedPeople’s Mortgage is known for being one of the best in the industry! They provide you with all the tools to complete your loan and send emails with video to explain the process. I love this! Communication is so important and they do it well. If you are considering a mortgage or refi, please contact them! You won’t be disappointed.
Julie Putnam was excellent. We were kept well informed on a regular basis and she and her team responded in a timely manner with any questions we had.
Emily Zach is amazing!! She goes above and beyond every time I contact her. We purchased a house with People's / Emily this year and are looking to do another. She literally drops whatever she's doing to call me whenever I have questions. Would not look anywhere else for a mortgage loan.
Kristi Taylor did an awesome job with my buyer by keeping us all informed of the progress all along the way! It was probably one of the easiest and fastest transactions I've ever done! Highly recommend her and Peoples Mortgage!
