Terrible
Been using peoples for years and have always been happy until my last ride in February. After several reminders for car seats and the number of people in the vehicle, they showed up with a vehicle that was too small...one car seat wouldn't fit! They said they would credit me for part of the ride because I had paid for a larger vehicle...well here I am 2 months and 4 emails later, NO RESPONSE AND NO CREDIT!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
