Laurie and peoples chinook went above and beyond to make my engagement ring purchase as smooth as possible while getting me the best possible price on the exact ring my fiancé had always dreamed of. They truly made a once in a lifetime memory that much more special and I cannot recommend Laurie and her sales team enough. I would absolutely recommend this location and staff for all your jewelry needs. Exceptional, 10/10
Awful experience at this store, I do not recommend anyone to this location. First of all, was ignored 3 times before finally getting an attendant’s attention to which their first comment was “are you here to ACTUALLY buy?” Lol, not anymore!
Went to Chinook peoples to get help to repair a pendant that broke. Laurie was awesome. Totally recommend.
Purchased an anniversary wedding ring for my wife. Wife really liked it and we planned on getting it sized but are having financial issues with some health problem with our dog. We realized that the ring, although wonderful, is more of a want rather than a need right now so we decided to return the ring. We realized we were a day over the policy and I panicked.
