Very disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. My partner bought me an expensive chain from here in December 2024. After less than a year of occasional wear, one of the links broke. Since he didn’t purchase the extended warranty, I brought it back to the same store (Chinook location) and paid $80 to have it repaired. We stopped by today, August 28, around 1:55 PM to get my ring fixed. There were two sales associates, one who was Filipino and busy with another customer, and another associate who assisted me. At first, she seemed fine. I began explaining what needed to be fixed, but she cut me off and asked for the warranty number.
