Chloe Ye helped me today, she was kind and knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. Next time I am coming back to this location so i can deal with her again. She was amazing and fantastic.

I've had the pleasure of working with Chloe since 2024. She's very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Chloe helped my husband and I select different jewelry on multiple occasions and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to cut, clarity and design. She is the reason we keep coming back; I highly recommend!
STAY AWAY!!! Absolute joke of of place brought a chain in for a simple repair on Dec 15, was supposed to be done on the 29, came in to get it and part of the chain was left out for some reason. All 3 sales people had no idea why this happened so I was frustrated. During my complaint 2 of the associates including 1 who I was talking to turned around to laugh at my frustration.
