The assistant manager IRYNA was very helpful in sitting me down and figuring out a ring to get my soon to be fiancé. I greatly appreciate the help and would recommend her to others who are walking in blind and don’t have a clue what they are looking for- she will steer you into the right direction for sure
We had an excellent experience with People's Jewelers at Carlingwood Mall. Two sales ckerks approched us on entering the store, one person was the senior sales clerk. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful her opinions on the earrings were helpful in making my choice. The other clerk took the jewelry that I was wearing and cleaned it, she was also friendly and respectful. Interesting story i went thereto buy some watches, i got two different Imperation, i stop by after work with my work clothes. It was order lady i ask for the style i am looking for she gave me a look and didn’t come to show me the watch just directed me with her finger. I was looking and another lady came to me and politely offered me help and found the style i was looking for. I would like to thank her for her great customer service. Her name was Syedeh.
