We purchased our wedding bands back in April. Married Aug 8th. My husband’s tungsten ring broke week two of wearing it. They replaced it for the same ring and 2 HOURS later it broke again. Its screws together apparently ( the way it fell apart was like threads of a jar top) and/or welded and fell apart. We went back. The salesperson was more apologetic than the manager. Great experience today, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Shelly was lovely and very helpful. Gave useful information but wasn’t pushy. Interacted with us and listened to our thoughts instead of just trying to sell the product.
We were severed by Debra today at the Brockville people's location to have our ring serviced and she was great! Our ring looks better than ever!
Amazing Staff. Mary was very helpful and I would highly recommend.
