Amazing
My partner bought me a ring for Christmas from this company. I wore it for just 1 month before the entire gem and prongs fell off. This should not have happened and as a “quality” ring, it shouldn't just break like it had. He purchased the lifetime protection plan that states either fixed repair or total replacement. We first brought it into the brockville location and were told by an employee that the ring would be sent to be repaired and they’d call us when it was ready. I have been in this location a few times since moving to the area. Mainly for fixing or sizing jewelry. The staff have always been super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Mary was very helpful. I was able to pick out two things that my boyfriend is going to love with her help. I’ve been in here a few times and she’s always been very nice.
Mary was delightful to work with.
