If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience here was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up my order, I began to explain the reason for my visit but was interrupted by the associate, who immediately asked for my ID in a rude manner. After providing both my ID and the order number, I was told that my order did not exist in their system, despite having both a text message and email confirmation that it was ready for pick-up two days prior.
